For face & body
Use the brush on clean, dry skin. With light strokes, brush from the centre of your face outwards. Work along your jawline towards your ears and finish at your neck, brushing down towards your collarbone. Use extra-light pressure around the eyes.
Also suitable for arms, legs, stomach and décolleté as part of your dry-brushing routine.
Start 2–3 times a week and build up gradually as long as your skin responds well.
Dry brush or gua sha?
A gua sha is usually used with oil on the skin. A dry brush is used on dry skin and combines gentle exfoliation with massage. The two tools work well together in your skincare routine.
